How it works · Step 1 of 3

Set up a pet profile

Real targets start with your dog's real numbers, not a breed average.

What you enter

Weight, life stage, activity level and body condition. Each one changes what your dog needs, and the profile keeps a history so a recipe can be checked against today's numbers.

What it sets

The daily calorie target comes from NRC 2006's energy formula for your dog's weight and activity level, and every nutrient target is scaled to it. Growing puppies, nursing mothers and seniors use their own tables.
